How to Register

Registration must be submitted by

Registration must be completed by August 1st 2017.

The following payments are accepted:

• bank transfer
• credit or debit card

Please make payment within 8 days of registration. Registration forms received without payment will not be confirmed until the payment is received.

Conference registration fee is 450 EUR.

The conference registration fee includes

• Attendance to all scientific sessions
• Conference materials
• Lunches and dinners
• Gala dinner
• Coffee breaks & poster refreshments
• VAT

Payment process

Bank transfer

Based on the pro-forma invoice you can start the payment procedure. You will receive your pro-forma invoce(s) to your e-mail after the registration.

Credit card

Credit card payment is available via our registration system (MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, VISA). After submitting your registration you will find a 'PAYMENT TYPE' drop down button selected for „Pay by credit or debit card“.

After payment you will receive an e-mail about the result of the transaction.
